1. I am having trouble with my log-in / password?

Due to the increasing number of password traders and file sharing, our security has been upgraded. We are using DRM to protect the video files you are viewing. If you are not able to receive your license, due to a technical issue or browser setting, this would cause you to not be able to watch videos. Check your browser security levels to make sure it is not set to high. Make sure you have the newest version of Windows Media Player or Compatible. If you continue to have difficulties, please visit our support page to send us details of your issue.

2. How secure is my information?

100% SECURE! Our processors use the latest encryption technology with 128-bit strong encryption. Your email address will never be sold or distributed to any 3rd party. ALL of your information is safe with us! The only email communications you receive will be directly from Manifest Media or CCBill, our payment processor.

3. What is a Credit Wallet account?
 
   A Credit Wallet account allows you to purchase credits to use to view our videos.  You can set up an account by clicking on the link in the top menu that says: "BUY CREDITS".  This will lead you to our credits option page, that will then lead you to a secure  CCBill payment page which will verify your payment information and setup you account with the amount of credits you've purchased.  Once you have setup your secure credit wallet account, you can easily add credits to it once you have used all of your initial credits. You do not need to create a new username account every time you buy token credits. No membership required, no commitments, buy what you want when you want, very safely and discreetly! Your credits never expire, use them up at your leisure!
 
4. How much do the viewing credits/clips cost? 
 
     $1 equals 1 Viewing Credits. ALL DOWNLOAD VIDEOS are only 5 Credits ($5) each with Unlimited lifetime viewing and Watch Now videos are only 1 credit ($1) for 2 days viewing time each. See the specific video in the Browse Videos Area for detailed information about duration, description, etc..  If you need more information or assistance with your purchase or viewing, please contact support. 5. What video format do the video files come in?
 
     We use WMV (Windows Media Player). The files are compressed in ZIP format for easier downloading.  Our videos open in the windows media player and so you can view them full screen if you desire!!
 
7. What type of computer and connection will I need?
 
     These clips work best with a PC using Windows ME, XP or Vista on a broadband connection.  The download time depends entirely on your computer and connection, but generally a 10-13 minute clip will take anywhere from 5-10 minutes.  Downloads are not recommended, or may not be possible at all, for Mac or dial-up users.

NOTICE: Currently some MAC users may experience problems. We are busy working on discovering the issue and fixing it, until then if you are a MAC user and experience any problems please let us know right away! We will stand by to provide top of the line customer service and support to ensure all of our viewers having an enjoyable viewing experience! 8. How do I view the "Download Now" Video Clips?

    Once you have picked out some hot videos to download, make sure you've purchased some viewing credits and click the DOWNLOAD NOW button below the picture of the video. The download will start and end, then you will need to unzip the file. For more details on unzipping the file please visit our Viewer help page. Once unzipped, the windows media player will open and a small license screen will popup asking you to enter your credit wallet username and password you created when you purchased credits. Once you enter your login credentials, the small window will ask you if you agree to use the amount of credits that video costs, click agree and play to begin watching to video! You have UNLIMITED VIEWING TIME to watch each video you pay credits for, they will never expire!
